These Subscription Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Sweede Subscription Program ("Subscription Program"). Please read them carefully before enrolling.

By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Terms of Service], [Privacy Policy], and all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing legal cannabis commerce in your jurisdiction.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation (if permitted in your state).

You must reside in a state where cannabis delivery and subscription services are legal.

By subscribing, you certify that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Subscription Program Overview

The Subscription Program provides eligible users with benefits such as:

Free or discounted delivery fees;
Exclusive member pricing;
Exclusive member only promotions;
Higher rate Sweede Cash Back Credits;
Swede credits available in 48 hours;
No processing fee with Sweede Pay;
Early access to promotional discounts;
Advanced product exchanged service;
Exclusive membership merchandise from favorite brands;
420 Holiday Gift bundle;
Birthday Gift bundle;
Lower minimum delivery;
Lower Delivery fee.

Benefits apply only to orders placed through participating licensed dispensaries on Sweede.

3. Subscription Term, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

3.1. Term & Payment

Your subscription begins when you complete your enrollment and pay the applicable fee (e.g., $ 15/month).

You authorize Sweede to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis, in accordance with the billing frequency specified by you subscription plan.

3.2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until canceled.

You will be notified of any changes to pricing or benefits at least 14 days before renewal.

3.3. Payment Failure
If a subscription payment fails due to technical reasons (such as processing errors or temporary issues with your payment method), you will continue to receive subscription access for an additional two (2) calendar days. If payment is not successfully processed by the end of this grace period, your subscription will be canceled automatically. You may reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment information and completing a successful transaction.

3.3. Free Trial

Free trial periods may be offered for a limited time.

If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription will auto-renew at the regular monthly rate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

4.2. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by state law.

5. User Conduct and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing cannabis possession, delivery, and use.

You understand cannabis remains a Schedule I substance under federal law.

Subscriptions are limited to users who reside in states where cannabis sales and delivery is legally permitted.

6. Subscription Benefits Limitations

Benefits apply only to orders fulfilled by participating dispensaries.

Promotions, free delivery, and priority service may be subject to state or local restrictions.

Benefits may vary depending on your geographic location and the availability of licensed partners.

The specific benefits offered may be amended, modified, or discontinued at any time based on the internal policies, business decisions, or limited-time offers of participating dispensaries.

7. Marketing, Promotions & Consent

By enrolling, you agree to receive:

Subscription-related communications (e.g., billing reminders, benefit updates);
Marketing communications (e.g., promotions, product recommendations)

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, but transactional emails are required for service.

7.1. State-Specific Restrictions

Marketing communications will comply with state cannabis advertising regulations, such as:

No marketing to individuals under the legal age;
No unverified health claims;
Opt-in consent where required (e.g., California Prop 65, Massachusetts CCC).

8. Modification & Termination of Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Subscription Program at any time, with at least 15 days’ notice to active subscribers.
In the event of termination, your subscription will end at the close of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sweede is not liable for delays, failures, or non-delivery caused by licensed retailers or external factors.
You agree that cannabis use involves inherent legal and health risks, and you assume full responsibility for your use of products ordered through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweede and its partners from any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from your:

Violation of these Terms;
Misuse of your subscription benefits;
Use of cannabis in violation of law.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California], under JAMS rules.

You waive any right to bring or join a class action.
