By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabis, hemp, or plant compounds from hemp oil. Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, and we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. By purchasing our products, you agree and acknowledge that you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits the products may provide.
All sales are final. If, for any reason, your product is defective (e.g., an electronic cartridge misfunction), you may exchange the unused portion of the product within seven (7) days of your purchase. The defective product must be returned to the store where it was purchased. Refunds will not be issued.
