What are your Hours of Operation?
7:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Severn days per week (including holidays).

What do I need to bring with me if I want to shop at Kolas?
Age 21+: A valid government issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport.
Age 18+: Medical Recommendation from a doctor, as well as a valid government issued ID.
Is there an ATM?
Yes! The ATM has a $2 fee.
Do you take credit cards?
We only accept cash as payment at this time.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Seniors (60+) and veterans (must present Military ID) are eligible for 10% off every purchase. May not be combined with other discounts. For all online orders please contact the Call Center to redeem any discounts.
Where can I take a look at your menu?
To browse our menu, go to Kolas.com, click “Order Now”, “Shop Now”, and select your store.
Do your prices online include tax?
No. After-tax prices can be seen in “Cart” at checkout.
Do you have Curbside Pickup?
As of 4/19/22 we no longer offer curbside pickup.
How does your In-Store Express Pickup service work?
Our In-Store Express Pickup service is available from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM every day. You can place an order via Kolas.com or by calling our Call Center at 916-46-KOLAS. Orders must be placed by 7:00 PM.
When you arrive for pick up, let the receptionist at check-in know that you are there to pick up an Express order and they will take care of the rest. Always check your bag in-store to ensure you received the correct items, as all sales are final.
Express orders are typically filled within an hour and will be held until 8:00 PM each night.
DELIVERY
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery to the greater Sacramento area every day from 9am to 9pm. The delivery minimum is $50 and order cut-off times may differ by area and are subject to change. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
Products deemed as defective by a store manager can be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date. Customers wishing to exchange a defective product must return to the Kolas location where the item was purchased.
If an issue is identified prior to leaving Kolas property, please come back in and speak to a manager.
Refunds will not be issued.
MEDICAL PATIENTS
I have a PDF of my Medical Recommendation letter on my phone, will that be enough?
No.
Medical patients will need to have a physical printed copy of their doctor-issued recommendation letter.

There are currently no restrictions.
