The KOLAS Scooter Sweepstakes is sponsored by Capitol Compliance Management LLC, doing business as KOLAS (“Sponsor”), located at 701 12th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of California who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. Void outside California and wherever prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 4:20 pm PDT on April 10, 2026, and ends at 9 p.m. PDT on April 20, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entry Period and Drawings
Entries received within noted promotion range will be eligible for the scooter drawing only. Random drawings to select potential winners will be conducted by Sponsor on or about the close of business on April 20, 2026. Non-winning entries will not carry over to any subsequent raffles.
How to Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes in one of the following ways:
(a) Purchase Entry: During the Promotion Period, make a purchase of $100 (pre-tax) or more at any participating KOLAS retail location in Sacramento County. Follow the instructions provided in-store or on promotional materials to submit your entry. A raffle ticket will be given for each incremental $100 (pre-tax) spending amount at any given purchase during the promotional period.
(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, handprint your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain 3″×5″ card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 18, 2026 to be received in store by the April 20, 2026 drawing. Limit one entry per outer envelope. All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified.
Prizes
A total of six scooters are eligible for prizewinners – one from each of the six participating KOLAS stores. Separate drawings will be held at each store for that location winner, and raffle tickets will only be awarded for purchases made at the particular location (not shared among any other locations). No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each entry period, regardless of entry method.
Winner Selection and Notification
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor at close of business on April 20, 2026. Selected entrants will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
Verification and Release
Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) a Publicity Release before receiving any prize. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.
General Conditions
Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.kolas.com/privacy, and applicable California privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
