Add to cart and check out. Once your order is on its way, you get a text message with an estimated time of arrival.
Be there with your ID
The person who placed the order has to be there with a valid government ID: 21 or older, or 18 or older with a medical recommendation. We take cash and physical debit cards.

How long does delivery take?
Our cannabis delivery typically takes up to 3 hours, but we send out your order as soon as possible! Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival. If you have any time-sensitive requests, contact our Call Center at 916-46-KOLAS (916-465-6527) and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
California law requires that you, the person who placed the order, be present with a valid ID to receive a delivery. If you’re not home, the driver will not be able to complete the delivery, and you may need to contact our Call Center at 916-46-KOLAS (916-465-6527) to reschedule.
Are there any locations where delivery is restricted?
Yes, we cannot deliver to parking lots or public parks after dark, nor can we deliver to federal, state, or local government properties such as schools, daycares, and youth centers. For hotel deliveries, the driver cannot meet you at your room. You must meet the driver in the hotel parking lot or lobby for the exchange.
Are your delivery vehicles marked with cannabis logos or symbols?
No, our delivery cars are regular consumer vehicles with no cannabis symbols or markings. We prioritize discretion to ensure your delivery remains private!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and physical debit cards for both in-store purchases and deliveries. All debit transactions are rounded up to the nearest $5, and the difference is returned in cash. A $3 processing fee applies to all debit card transactions. We do not accept credit cards, pre-paid cards, gift cards, or tap-to-pay.
Can I tip my budtender or delivery driver?
Yes! If you’re paying with a debit card, there’s an option to add a tip before finalizing your payment. Cash tips are always appreciated as well!
