What the call center can do for you
All calls to KOLAS go through the call center, open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The team cannot put you through to a specific budtender, but can help with anything else.

- Change an order after you place it

We’re open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including holidays.
How can I get in touch with the store directly?
All calls are handled through our Call Center, which is equipped to help with any questions or concerns you might have. While we’re currently unable to connect you directly with a specific budtender, our Call Center team is knowledgeable and ready to assist with anything you need!
